Accepted Product returns may be exchanged with new product without 50%restocking fee.

Items must be unopened and resealable.

No open,cut,special ordered,specials ,discontinued, mill drop items or installed products will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for inspections of damage or defective products within 7 days.No returns will be accepted after 7 days without written consent of a Manager.

Any warranty claims must go though manufactor and may require inspections from us or mill on installed products.

Excludes special order and transions and cut carpets.
